1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the ji88 platform — including but not limited to browsing the website, registering an account, depositing funds, placing bets, claiming bonuses, or contacting the support team — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the ji88 platform regardless of their method of access (desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other device). They apply equally to registered players and to visitors who have not yet created an account.

These terms are effective from 1 January 2026 and supersede all previous versions of the ji88 Terms & Conditions. ji88 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. See Section 12 (Amendments) for further detail.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

The ji88 platform is strictly available to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you maintain an active ji88 account.
• You are accessing ji88 from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order, whether imposed by ji88 or any other gaming operator.
• You have not previously had a ji88 account terminated for breach of these Terms & Conditions.

ji88 takes its obligations regarding underage access extremely seriously. Age verification documents — including a valid national ID, passport, or driving licence issued by Bangladesh authorities — may be requested at any time. ji88 reserves the right to suspend any account pending age verification and to permanently close any account found to belong to a person under 18 years of age. Any funds in an underage account will be returned to the payment source used for deposit, net of any winnings derived from play during the period of underage use.

3 Account Registration

To place bets or access real-money games on the ji88 platform, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and ongoing account maintenance:

• One account per player: Each individual may hold only one ji88 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under your own name or any alias — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• Accurate information: You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these terms.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ji88 account username and password. ji88 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• KYC verification: ji88 may at any time request identity verification documents in accordance with its Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals until verification is complete.
• Account updates: You must promptly notify ji88 of any change to your registered personal information by contacting the support team at [email protected].

ji88 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for the decision.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ji88 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawal requests made through the ji88 platform:

• Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. ji88 does not accept deposits below this threshold.
• Accepted payment methods: ji88 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Accepted methods are subject to change; the current list is always displayed on the ji88 platform.
• Deposit processing: Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your ji88 balance instantly under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one Bangladesh business day to be credited.
• Withdrawal processing: Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within two to four hours of approval. Bank withdrawals may take up to two Bangladesh business days. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or where KYC documentation is pending.
• Withdrawal eligibility: Withdrawals are only processed to payment methods previously used to deposit into the same ji88 account. You may not withdraw funds to a third-party account or a payment method not registered in your name.
• Bonus wagering: Funds credited as bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Refer to the specific bonus terms applicable to each promotion for full wagering condition details.
• Transaction records: ji88 maintains records of all deposit and withdrawal transactions. In the event of a dispute, ji88's transaction records shall be considered conclusive evidence unless the player can demonstrate a clear technical error.

ji88 reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms & Conditions, pending investigation.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

ji88 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to eligible registered players who have satisfied all applicable KYC requirements. ji88 reserves the right to exclude any player from a promotion at its discretion.
• One bonus per player: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each player is entitled to claim each promotion once only. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times using multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all bonus funds.
• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly in the individual promotion terms.
• Validity period: All bonuses have an expiry date. Any bonus funds not wagered by the expiry date will be automatically removed from your account balance without notice.
• Game restrictions: Certain games may contribute differently to the wagering requirement for a given promotion, or may be excluded entirely. Game contribution rates are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Maximum bet restriction: While a bonus is active, the maximum permitted bet per round or per event may be restricted. Placing bets exceeding the maximum permitted amount while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.
• Seasonal promotions: ji88 runs seasonal promotions timed to Bangladesh events including Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, and major cricket tournaments (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup). These promotions are subject to their own specific terms published at the time of the promotion.

ji88 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a player has already deposited in order to qualify, ji88 will refund the qualifying deposit where technically practicable.

6 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the ji88 platform are governed by the specific rules of each game title in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. The following principles apply to all gaming activity on the ji88 platform:

• RNG certification: All slot games, virtual casino games, and bingo titles on the ji88 platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are determined purely by the RNG and cannot be influenced or predicted by any party, including ji88 staff.
• Live dealer games: Live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Dragon Tiger, Andar Bahar, and others) are streamed in real time from professional studio environments operated by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, Ezugi, and other licenced providers. The rules governing each live game are those published by the relevant provider and displayed within the game interface.
• Sports betting: Sports betting markets — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, and hockey — are governed by the ji88 Sportsbook Rules, which form part of these Terms & Conditions. In the event of a conflict between the Sportsbook Rules and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail.
• Bet acceptance: All bets are accepted subject to the availability of the relevant market and the technical functioning of the ji88 platform. ji88 reserves the right to void bets placed in error (including technical errors that result in incorrect odds being displayed) and to return the stake to the player's account.
• Disconnection policy: If your internet connection is interrupted during a live game session, ji88's system will record the state of the game at the moment of disconnection. The outcome will be determined based on the game's standard rules applied to the recorded game state. ji88 accepts no liability for losses arising from player-side internet connection failures.

Any player found to be using software, tools, or strategies intended to gain an unfair advantage over the ji88 platform or other players — including but not limited to automated betting software, VPNs used to circumvent geographic restrictions, or collusion with other players — will have their account immediately suspended pending investigation, and may be permanently banned from the ji88 platform.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ji88 platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of account balances, and, where applicable, referral to the relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the ji88 platform, whether under your own name or any alias.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the ji88 platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, system bugs, or software vulnerabilities on the ji88 platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with the ji88 platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, using VPNs or proxies to circumvent geographic restrictions, or exploiting gaps in promotion terms.
• Colluding with other players in multiplayer games or sports betting markets to manipulate outcomes.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward ji88 staff or other players.
• Using the ji88 platform for any purpose that is illegal under Bangladeshi law or the laws of any applicable jurisdiction.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

ji88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or financial crime.
• Suspected bonus abuse or exploitation of technical errors.
• Provision of false or misleading registration information.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• A valid self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring account closure.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their ji88 account may do so at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any available balance (net of applicable bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within five Bangladesh business days.

Where an account is closed by ji88 due to a breach of these terms, ji88 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance, including winnings, pending investigation. Where fraud or financial crime is established, the full account balance may be forfeited.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ji88 shall not be liable to any player for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use the ji88 platform.
• Any loss of data, loss of profits, loss of winnings, or loss of opportunity arising from technical faults, service interruptions, or third-party payment processing failures.
• Any losses arising from your failure to keep your account credentials confidential.
• Any losses arising from changes to applicable laws or regulations that affect the availability of ji88 services in your jurisdiction.
• Any losses arising from force majeure events, including natural disasters, government actions, internet infrastructure failures, or other events beyond ji88's reasonable control.

The ji88 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ji88 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. ji88 will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee continuous access.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit ji88's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own gross negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation. In all other cases, ji88's total aggregate liability to any single player in any calendar year shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player to their ji88 account during that calendar year.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

ji88 is committed to protecting the personal data of all registered players and platform visitors. The collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal data is governed by the ji88 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read alongside them.

By registering a ji88 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• ji88 collects personal data including your name, date of birth, contact details, payment information, and gaming activity records for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, and service improvement.
• Your data is protected using 256-bit SSL encryption and is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
• ji88 may share your data with third-party payment processors, identity verification services, and fraud prevention providers where necessary to operate the platform.

11 Responsible Gaming

ji88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all of its products and services. The following responsible gaming provisions apply to all registered players:

• Deposit limits: All registered players may set daily, weekly, or monthly BDT deposit limits on their ji88 account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and may not be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours after the increase request is submitted.
• Session time reminders: Players may configure session duration alerts. ji88 will notify you when you have been playing continuously for the set duration.
• Self-exclusion: Any player who believes their gaming is becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion period of between one week and five years. • Display a notice on the ji88 platform for a reasonable period following the change.

Your continued use of the ji88 platform following the publication of any amended terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must stop using the platform and close your account by contacting [email protected].

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms that cannot be resolved through the ji88 customer support process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the relevant jurisdiction.
